This is a time when the mind is balanced, reflective, coordinated, and able to bring all of its power to bear in the practical sphere of action - to get things done. Mind and practicality are synchronized and in harmony, to the point that detailed work is done with great efficiency and precision, down to the finest details. And, while routine tasks are enabled, this is not the best time for planning overall strategy or grasping the "big picture." Instead, this is where the power of the small and the focused gets the job done, precisely - extreme detail orientation.
